    • Hold this position for as long as you can maintain good form.

Cool Down (5 minutes):

  • Perform static stretches for major muscle groups such as hamstrings, quadriceps, chest, and shoulders.
  • Focus on deep breathing and relaxation to bring your heart rate down.

Tips for Busy Parents:

  • Schedule it in: Treat your workout like an appointment. Block out time in your calendar and commit to it.
  • Involve the kids: If possible, include your kids in your workout routine. They can join in for fun activities like jumping jacks or follow along with exercises.
  • Keep it simple: Focus on compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups to maximize your time and efficiency.
  • Be flexible: Some days might be busier than others. Adjust your workout intensity or duration based on what you can realistically manage that day.

This routine is designed to be adaptable and effective, providing a full-body workout in a short amount of time. Adjust the weights and intensity based on your fitness level and preferences.
